Community Infrastructure Competition

This project consolidates an array of community facilities for CBD residents, visitors and family from across Melbourne. It includes public library, child care centre and sports complex to offer various activities to the citizens everyday. It located at the northern edge of Birrarung Marr Park to create a buffer zone between the train station and park, without reducing the open park area.
